Terms of Service

This is a review-ready template. It is written so that a qualified professional can check, adjust and replace it. It is not yet a binding set of terms, and nothing here should be read as a commitment HoneyGF has already made. Bracketed text marks the places where a real decision is still open.

Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, or by using HoneyGF in any other way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which explains what happens to your information, and to the section below that covers billing. Together they form the agreement between us.

Eligibility (20+)

You must be at least 20 years old to use HoneyGF.

By using HoneyGF you confirm that you are 20 or older and that you are able to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
You confirm that you are not barred from using a service like this under the laws that apply to you.
Every character on HoneyGF is an adult, and any content involving minors is prohibited outright.
If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 20, we will close it. The Children's privacy section of our Privacy Policy explains how to report one.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself.
Give us accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
One person, one account. Do not share your login details or sell access to your account.
Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
You can close your account whenever you like. See Termination below.

Acceptable use

HoneyGF is a place to talk, imagine and create. It is not a place to harm people. You agree not to:

Break the law, or encourage anyone else to break it.
Use the service before you turn 20, or open an account for someone who is under 20.
Create, request or share content that sexualises minors, depicts a real person without their consent, or is otherwise illegal.
Impersonate a real person in a way that could mislead or harm them.
Harass, threaten, stalk or defame anyone, including our team and other users.
Upload malware, scrape the service at scale, or attempt to reverse engineer, overload or bypass our systems and safety measures.
Use the service to build a competing model or dataset, or resell access to it without our written permission.

AI-generated content and characters

Characters are fictional. They are generated by AI. They are not real people, they have no real-world presence, and nothing they say is a statement from HoneyGF or from any actual person.
Every character is an adult. We do not offer characters who are minors, and content depicting minors is not permitted.
Content is generated, and generation is imperfect. Replies, images, clips and voices can be inaccurate, inconsistent, out of date or unexpected. You may see something you did not ask for, and you will sometimes get something that is simply wrong.
Do not treat output as fact or as professional advice. The Disclaimers section below explains what that means in practice.
Resemblance is not identity. Any similarity between a generated image and a real person is coincidental.

Subscriptions and billing

Some of HoneyGF is free and some of it will need a paid plan. The plans currently shown on our pricing page are placeholders: the prices, the features included and the length of each billing period have not been finalised, and nothing on that page should be read as an offer yet.

Paid plans are expected to renew automatically until you cancel, unless a plan is described as a one-off purchase.

Payments will be handled by a third-party payment provider, and that provider's own terms will apply to the payment itself.
If a price changes, we will tell you before the change applies to your next renewal.

Intellectual property

HoneyGF, its name, its design, its characters, its artwork and its software belong to us or to our licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of that to you.
As between you and us, you keep whatever rights you hold in the messages and prompts you write.
You give us permission to host, process and display your content so that we can run the service for you — generating a reply or an image, for example. That permission lasts as long as we need it to provide the service.
Do not use our marks, characters or artwork in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product, unless we have agreed to it in writing.

Disclaimers

HoneyGF is entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional advice, and it is not a substitute for human relationships.

Nothing a character says is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. If you need advice like that, talk to a qualified professional.
HoneyGF is not intended for crisis situations. It is not an emergency service, and nobody is watching your conversations in real time. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country straight away.
The service is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, HoneyGF is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service — lost data, lost profits or emotional distress, for example.

Nothing in these terms is intended to limit liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

You can stop using HoneyGF at any time and close your account from your account settings.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that puts other people at risk, or where the law requires us to.
If we close your account for a reason other than a breach of these terms, [how any unused paid time is handled is to be confirmed].
Sections that by their nature should outlive the agreement — intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability, for example — continue to apply after your account is closed.

Changes to these terms

These terms will change as the service does. When a change is material, we will give you notice before it takes effect — by email, or with a clear notice in the product — and we will update the effective date at the top of this page.

If you keep using HoneyGF after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, close your account before the change applies to you.
